thank you alll !!!

for install it´s easy
1\ open the size and extract the folder in C\windows\cursors
2\ after open your mouse properties a replace all cursor
find each and save the theme for use again after !

I believe that there is a way of making differently with a .ini file but I do not know !
if any man help me !
